There is always that one person in a public place who seems completely unaware of everyone around them. Someone plays a video on full volume in a crowded metro, another leaves their trash on a park bench, and someone else treats a queue as if it were merely a suggestion. Most people have encountered at least one of these situations, and chances are, they have silently judged the person responsible.
Sharing public spaces means sharing them with people who have different routines, priorities and ideas of personal space. You do not have to be overly conscious of every little thing you do, but a few everyday habits can make an otherwise ordinary outing uncomfortable for everyone else.
