The Pankaj Tripathi-starrer recorded an increase in its daily collection on the fourth Sunday.According to Sacnilk, the movie earned a net Rs 1.70 cr on Day 24 from 1,277 shows across India. The latest addition has taken its overall India net collection to Rs 227.05 cr. The film’s India gross collection has reached Rs 270.22 cr. Overseas markets have contributed Rs 60.50 cr in gross earnings so far. The film added Rs 50 lakhs from overseas on its 24th day. With its India and overseas business combined, ‘Mirzapur The Movie’ has recorded a worldwide gross collection of Rs 330.72 cr.
Fourth weekend box office performance
The fourth weekend opened with Rs 1.00 cr on Friday. The movie then recorded Rs 1.55 cr on Saturday before improving further on Sunday. The three-day period also brought a steady rise in occupancy. The film registered 20.0% occupancy on Friday. It moved up to 30.0% on Saturday and reached 31.0% on Sunday. The Day 24 collection represented a 9.7% increase over the previous day’s net earnings.
‘Mirzapur The Movie’ weekly collection
The film had a strong first week at the box office, collecting Rs 148.45 cr. Its second week added Rs 55.00 cr, while the third week contributed Rs 19.35 cr. The movie has now entered its fourth week with continued theatrical business.
Hindi 2D occupancy report
The Hindi 2D version recorded 41.62% overall occupancy on Day 24. Morning screenings registered 15.38%. The afternoon shows recorded 51.77% occupancy. Evening screenings were close behind at 51.00%. Night shows registered 36.38% occupancy.
